Get ready for Valentine’s Day: Food for Love

I know Valentine’s Day isn’t until the 14th but, if you are like me and only shop once a week, cooking a special meal needs to be thought about in advance 🙂

Start your feast with some Baked Brie with Cherries and Mint.

This Hearty Slow-Cooked Beef Stew is great for sharing over a few glasses of wine.

One of my all-time favourites is this Slow Roasted Pork with Fennel, Lemon and Chilli.

If you prefer chicken, try my Chicken, Bacon and Mushroom Crumble Pie.

Or make this deliciously light Seafood Pie.

Come back on Sunday when I’ll have a new recipe which is perfect for dessert!
